APPOINTMENT AND HAIR EXTENSIONS
Here at Stephanie Lebby Hair, we wish to highlight that our hair services and hair extensions are under separate departments. Therefore, it is in the client’s responsibility to ensure that hair extensions are ordered in time for the appointment if our extensions are desired to be used on the day of your appointment. We highly recommend that the shipping times provided are taken into consideration to avoid disappointment. Please also take COVID-19 shipping effects into account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regard to your experience with our website and services.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed; however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:
- Please notify us via email of your intent to exchange within 3 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns received after this time frame or without notification may be rejected by our team.
- We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 3 days after the recorded receipt of the item.
- We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the original packaging has been removed or the product appears damaged or used. In the event that the packaging has been removed or the product appears damaged or used, we are allowed to decline an exchange request.
- All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
- We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
- In the specific case of customised lace wigs, lace frontals and lace closures, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed
In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 hours for order requests to be processed and dispatched. the delivery time takes 5-8 working days to be shipped/picked up. please note this time frame may differ for international delivery.
